Location: Tampa, FL (5 days in-office) NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any sponsorship now or in the future. The Marketing Specialist should be able to successfully manage the following responsibilities: Strategy & Go-to-Market Developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to reach the target audience Present campaign recommendations to management Tracking upcoming product and feature launches Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers Content Creation & Production Designing visual campaign elements Capturing and editing video for marketing campaigns Writing copy for social media posts, online advertisements, marketing emails, blog posts, and websites Performance, Optimization & Analytics Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics Optimizing marketing materials for search engines and social media algorithms Using data analytics to track progress and refine marketing materials Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development Requirements 3+ years of marketing, communications, branding, and content creation experience HubSpot experience Enterprise-level experience Proficiency with design and video production tools capable of producing vector graphics, EPS, PNG, JPEG, GIF, and MP4 output (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently drive multiple go-to-market initiatives to completion Experience conducting market research and translating findings into campaign strategy Working knowledge of SEO and social media algorithm best practices Experience using data analytics to measure and refine campaign performance Strong written communication skills across formats, including social, email, blog, and web copy Comfort presenting campaign strategy, recommendations, and performance results to leadership Demonstrated understanding of how branding, content, and strategy work together Our core values: Customer – WE believe that our customers deserve the best from us every day.
