The House of the Good Shepherd in Utica, NY is seeking a Case Planner to work with families, providing in-home services, safety monitoring, and crisis intervention on a 24-hour on-call basis. Responsibilities include developing family assessment service plans and coordinating with schools, courts, and providers.

Salary is $25.47 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Hybrid work arrangement and generous benefits are included to support staff and families in the community.
