As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first. This is real estate. It’s also demanding. Non‑Negotiables (Do Not Apply If…) You want part‑time or flexible availability You are unwilling to prospect You dislike accountability You resist coaching or feedback You expect instant income without delayed gratification Agents who flame out here usually come in with the wrong expectations. Compensation & Costs (Transparency Matters) Tiered compensation structure with clear upward pathways Monthly team dues: $110 One‑time onboarding fee: $110 REALTOR board dues: approximately $500–$600 annually New agents should be financially prepared for 30–60 days without commission There is a clear path to listings, leadership (Platinum tier), expansion, and higher splits over time. Responsibilities “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Consistent lead follow‑up to grow the sales pipeline Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License Self‑motivation and drive Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred Tech savvy Compensation $75,000 - $500,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Century 21 Results
