Leasing Professional Leasing Professionals are passionate about helping people find the perfect apartment home through a personalized sales experience. The role includes sales, marketing, and managing the customer experience in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Assist prospective residents in finding and touring apartments that meet their needs. Guide residents through the sales process and close leases. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the community through resident events and marketing campaigns. Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Qualifications Subject-matter expert who tours prospective residents and guides them through the sales process. Passionate about building community relationships through events and marketing. Motivated to provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors. Strong sales background with ability to maximize revenue and close deals. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $22.50 - $24.50 plus performance bonuses. Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) with company match.
