Remote Chat & Email Support Representative

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing valuable support and product information via digital channels. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. The offered compensation for this position is $20 - $30 USD per hour , dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our range of wellness products, including usage, benefits, and ingredients.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback meticulously in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay current with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer support role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in chat and email-based support.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
