In this role, youll have the opportunity to shape financial processes, improve cost visibility, and provide insights that drive decision-making across multiple farm operations. This role will report to the Director of Finance and is located in Hamilton, Ohio at our company headquarters./ph3Responsibilities Duties/h3ulliCollect, organize, and maintain cost information in financial databases./liliDevelop systems to efficiently and accurately accumulate, monitor, and report data./liliPartner with farm leaders to plan budgets and prepare financial reports./liliReview receipts and compare with actual charges to identify and resolve discrepancies./liliPrepare cost forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual operating schedules./liliAnalyze month-end and year-end results, recommending cost-effective improvements./liliProvide key business partners with financial trends, insights, and decision support./liliContribute to ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including hands-on cost accounting or analytical work Working knowledge of GAAP; experience with standard costing or absorption accounting strongly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis Experience working within an ERP system; Business Central experience a plus Exposure to Power BI, Power Pivot, or other reporting and automation tools preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a growing and evolving organization Role is based onsite at the Hamilton, Ohio headquarters and requires regular in-person collaboration/ph3Benefits We Offer You/h3pAt 80 Acres, we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
