Pay Rate: Up to $77/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available day 1, 401k and moreLabor & Delivery RN- Shifts: 12hr, 19:00-07:00 - MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO FLOAT TO POST-PARTUM 1-2 SHIFTS A WEEK. Job Summary:Provides comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.Key Responsibilities:Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals.Administer pain management (e.g., epidurals) and assist during vaginal or C-section deliveries.Conduct postpartum monitoring and newborn assessments.Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care.Identify and respond to complications.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment *Compact License Allowed**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility**Minimum 2-year(s) exp.BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.Experience in labor & delivery or maternal-child nursing.Work Environment & Demands:Will work every 3rd weekendHospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
