Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, HCA, or CNA with experience caring for seniors to join our team.

????️‍⚕️ Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and daily activities

• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing

• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping

• Accompany clients to appointments, walks, and outings

• Report changes or unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family

• Respond appropriately in emergency situations

✅ Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English

• U.S. work authorization required

• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties

⏰ Generally expected hours: 12–20 per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
