Phlebotomist- Patient Service Specialist
Labcorp
Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist for its Cumming, Georgia location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient service in a clinical setting. This role operates Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours and offers opportunities for growth within a global diagnostics organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic purposes
- Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
- Process billing and collect payments when applicable
- Provide exceptional customer service and support administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program or equivalent training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
