Supervisor, Central Sterile

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Central Sterile (Days) to lead our sterile processing team and support safe, patient-centered care. In this role, you will supervise day-shift staff responsible for decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. You will oversee daily workflow, scheduling, quality checks, and adherence to AAMI, AORN, and Joint Commission standards. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you will coach and develop team members, support process improvements, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory to meet the needs of our surgical and procedural areas.
