Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. Giving back to the community is also a priority for us, we partner with Oak Lawn High School, raise funds with Filling the Gap, and regularly host food and clothing drives. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
