Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. Giving back to the community is also a priority for us, we partner with Oak Lawn High School, raise funds with Filling the Gap, and regularly host food and clothing drives. Team members enjoy benefits including health insurance, a 401K, and ongoing training to help them grow in their careers. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
