Createandmaintainpassoffswithconstructiondetails,fabric,trim,andwashinstructions. SupportDenimDesignDirectorwithseasonalwashdevelopment.Ownwashcomments,approvals,andshipping. Participateinfittingstoprovidecommentsonconstructionanddenimfitexecution. Maintaindaily,proactivecommunicationwithvendorteamstoensureaestheticstandardsaremetandvendorissupportingtohitdeliverables. Organizeandmanagephysicaldenimwasharchives,samplelibraries. Adheretocalendarwithoverlappingseasonaldeadlines,ensuringalldeliverablesarecompletedonschedule. What you’ll bring: 3to5+yearsofprofessionalappareldesignexperience,withadedicatedfocusondenimbottoms,jackets,andwashedapparel.Astrongunderstandingofdenimfabrications(stretchperformance,rigidstructures,ozweights),indigo/sulfurdyeing,laundrywet/dryprocessing,andoverallgarmentconstruction.AdvancedskillsinAdobeCreativeSuiteandproductlifecyclemanagement(PLM)systems.Experiencewith3DdesignsoftwareandcollaborativeplatformslikeMiroisastrongplus.Excellentcross-functionalcollaborationskills,withtheabilitytopartnercloselywithMerchandising,Sourcing,TechnicalDesign,andglobalvendors.Education:Bachelor’sorAssociatedegreeinFashionDesign,ApparelDesign,orarelatedfield(orequivalentpracticalexperience). The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
