Senior Bi Developer
Looking for a strong Power BI Report Developer/Admin with SSRS experience – local resource around mid-June to start.
Experience as an Administrator for Power BI server.
Experience in data analysis including structuring data for analysis within Power BI.
Experience with data modeling, including designing data models within Power BI.
Experience using Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from scratch.
Experience with setting up infrastructure, security, and user management on a Power BI Server.
Experience utilizing data security principles including implementing role-level and data-level security in Power BI to control data access.
Experience communicating with stakeholders to explain insights derived from data using presentations and trainings.
Performing related duties as required.
Experience with moderate to complex SSRS reports, Power BI reports, and Data Visualization Dashboards.
Experience developing Reports using Transact Structured Query Language (T-SQL).
Writing ad-hoc SQL queries to support the operational needs of the agency.
Skills:
Minimum of 7 years as a Power BI Administrator.
Minimum of 7 years with Power BI Report Developer.
Experienced in SSRS development experience.
Experienced in T-SQL development experience.
Knowledge of data modeling principles.
Enterprise Data Warehousing experience.
Passionate about complex data structures and problem solving.
Ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly.
A true team player and contributor.
$60 - $69 per hour
