Seasonal Sales Professional

Summary Seasonal Sales Professional responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals in an in-store retail setting. Acts as a brand ambassador by developing and nurturing client relationships, leveraging product knowledge and technology to drive full-price sales. Supports store operations, events, and opening and closing duties while maintaining professional presentation standards. Responsibilities Greet, listen to, and assist customers to exceed expectations and demonstrate product and styling knowledge. Create memorable in-store experiences and build long-term client relationships through outreach and correspondence. Drive sales across key product pillars and promote full-price volume across the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to engage clients and broaden product reach. Support product launches, special events, inventory activities, and perform opening and closing store duties. Requirements Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, proactive and customer-focused. Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook; point-of-sale systems) and comfort using virtual selling tools. Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate a register, lift up to 30 lbs., and safely use a ladder as trained. #J-18808-Ljbffr
