This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help shape assortments, maintain product information, track timelines, and support key milestone meetings throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support seasonal assortment planning and help maintain product line materials and updates Assist with product strategy documents, visual tools, and reporting for milestone meetings Help prepare for assortment reviews, sales presentations, and other cross‑functional meetings Partner with internal teams to communicate product updates, changes, and delivery timing Track special product requests and help manage related documents and follow‑up Maintain product data and support internal approval workflows Coordinate sample needs for meetings, photoshoots, and key account requests Help keep merchandising calendars, invitations, and deadlines organized and up to date Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing to support decision‑making Work closely with planning, production, sales support, and digital teams to keep product information current and accurate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or a related retail or fashion environment Strong Excel and presentation skills with comfort working in data and reports Analytical mindset with solid communication and problem‑solving ability Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Interest in product, trend analysis, and consumer‑facing brands Experience in denim or apparel is a plus What This Role Offers This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment with exposure to merchandising strategy, product development, and cross‑functional partnership.
