Salary range is for base pay; this position is eligible for bonuses/variable pay. Roles and Responsibilities The Sales Support Specialist supports strategic clients and Account Executives by handling transactional orders, renewals, licensing, and client inquiries. Working with Cyber Advisors’ teams, this role ensures effective sales support, proactive business reviews, and clear communication with customers. The position is assigned specific Account Executives to maintain strong relationships and thorough account knowledge. Account Management Develop relationships with field sellers and clients. Work as a liaison for the customer and account executives. Contribute to the growth of revenue and GP in assigned accounts. Assist with opportunities, forecast, and sales pipeline. Responsible for a balanced number of account executives. Transact with clients directly for transactional orders, change orders, and renewals. Translate customers’ needs into solutions from a tactical and scalable perspective. Create customer proposals, reports, summaries, and detailed quotes. Work with specialists, architects and account executives to develop client solutions. Maintain accurate pipeline data and updates in the CRM system. Effectively communicate with clients on orders, tracking, and invoicing. Understand the sales process and opportunity management.
