MMC Group is hiring Remote Patient Services Representatives! We are seeking experienced, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a

work-from-home Patient Services Representative

position.

Pay

: $ 17.00 per hour Schedule

: Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST This is a REMOTE position.

Remote Equipment Requirements Candidates

must have their own equipment

and a reliable home internet connection to work remotely. You must have a suitable computer and reliable internet connection that meet the requirements for the position. Additional equipment requirements may apply.

Equipment:

You must have your own laptop or desktop computer.

No Apple/Mac products, No Chromebooks or iPads, or tablets. ( Computers/laptops must have at least 8GB of RAM) Experience:

Your resume must show either

healthcare experience OR at least 1 year of customer service/call center experience within the last 2 years.

Employment gaps will also be reviewed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities As a

Patient Services Representative

, you will provide advanced services and support to patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers.

Responsibilities may include: Provide professional and accurate assistance to patients, providers, and caregivers. Provide

billing and coding support

. Assist with

claims

, including tracking and submission. Provide

prior authorization assistance and tracking

. Assist with

coordination of benefits

. Conduct

benefit verification result calls

. Conduct

welcome calls

with patients. Perform

advanced alternate coverage research

. Assist with

appeals and denials

.
