What You'll Do as a Cafe Associate As a Cafe Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our guests fueled and happy while they enjoy their Sky Zone experience. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Prepare and serve food and beverages with a smile, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area, following food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the cafe is always ready for action. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or food service role. A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
