Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Secret Shopper to evaluate customer service, store presentation, and overall customer experiences at various retail and service locations. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned businesses, interact with employees as a typical customer, and provide accurate feedback through detailed reports.
This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Position Summary

As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned businesses, interact with employees as a typical customer, and provide accurate feedback through detailed reports.

Essential Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and evaluate customer service, employee interactions, and overall customer experience
- Observe store cleanliness, organization, and product availability
- Follow specific assignment guidelines and evaluation criteria
- Complete detailed reports accurately and submit them in a timely manner
- Collect and submit receipts, photos, or other required documentation
- Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments and evaluation processes
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and project coordinators
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to participate in compliance of age-restricted products.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to complete reports accurately and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or mystery shopping
- Experience completing audits, inspections, or evaluation reports
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits
- Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to complete reports
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds if required
- Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour
