Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct remote therapy sessions as part of an 8-week evidence-based program designed to improve client outcomes. \n
- Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely follow-up communications and providing care recommendations. \n
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to assist clients in accessing necessary resources, addressing barriers to care, and developing treatment plans. \n
- Assist in obtaining consent and authorization forms while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Identify and appropriately respond to clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, ensuring their safety while utilizing established protocols. \n
- Participate in supervision meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and support your professional growth. \n
- Actively contribute to creating a supportive environment for client development, focusing on building actionable life skills and fostering healthy habits. \n
In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licenses such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) are required. \n
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary; advanced degrees such as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are a plus. \n
- Experience in psychotherapy utilizing methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based treatment methods. \n
- Dedication to achieving positive client outcomes and a genuine passion for advancing the field of behavioral health. \n
- Willingness to maintain consistent availability for patient appointments and to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. \n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, as we are committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. \n

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and care coordination. \n
- Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings. \n
- Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration with team members and provide exceptional support to clients. \n
Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience and hours worked. In addition, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Our payroll system is efficient, ensuring you receive direct deposits on a weekly basis. Onboarding can be completed in as little as three days, allowing you to quickly integrate into our supportive environment.
