Physical Therapist Assistant

Join a dedicated team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Salina, Kansas. You'll be integral to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within a community non-profit hospital. Location: Salina, Kansas

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care and therapy interventions.
• Assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises and mobility training.
• Collaborating with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting results.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Kansas.
• Preferred experience in an acute rehabilitation setting.
