Physical Therapist – Northborough, MA (10 miles east of Worcester) We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Northborough, MA. Ideally, we are looking for a Physical Therapist with orthopedic clinical experience, although we are open to a new graduate with prior outpatient clinical orthopedic rotations. Must have a great work ethic, love helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens, and love working as part of a team to deliver the highest level of care. Duties Patient consultation – review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit. Consult with referring physicians and the healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed. Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s particular needs. Assist patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living. Provide patient education on the benefits of PT, the recovery process, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises. Documentation – accurate and timely progress notes, document treatments rendered, and record patient conditions and responses after each visit. Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with staff and patients. Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude. Requirements Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred). PT license in MA (we can assist in obtaining). 1+ year’s experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; motivated recent graduates with relevant outpatient clinical rotations will be considered. Schedule Full time or part time (minimum 3‑day work week) Monday‑through‑Friday. 8‑12 hour days; open to flexible scheduling options. Compensation Up to $97k per year plus sign‑on bonuses.
