JOB DESCRIPTION

KPOT is hiring a full-time kitchen team member to support daily prep and production in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, precise work and has strong knife skills.

What you’ll do

• Perform butchery and meat prep with excellent knife skills

• Cut, portion, and prep meats and vegetables to spec

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area

• Support line and service needs to ensure food is prepared on time

• Follow food safety and handling standards at all times

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs, as needed

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

• Comfort working on your feet in a busy kitchen

What we’re looking for

• Knife skills are a must (reliable, precise cutting and portioning)

• Experience with butchery, meat prep, and veggie prep is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and specs

• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work hard
