Marine Technical Senior Specialist

Role Overview: Provide technical support, education, and problem resolution to marine dealers to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct dealer visits to improve service efforts, educate personnel on Honda Marine policies and product technicalities, and support activities like Techline. Serve as the primary liaison to resolve customer issues promptly and gather marketplace feedback for product improvement.
