Dental Front Desk Lead

We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team.
I’ve built Sandia View Family Dental to be a place where great people can do great work, take care of patients, and actually enjoy coming to work. We’re a privately owned, growing practice with a strong team culture, modern technology, high clinical standards, and a genuine commitment to our patients and our community.
Our Front Office Lead is a BIG part of that experience. You’ll be one of the faces and voices of our practice—welcoming patients with a smile, keeping the front office running smoothly, coordinating treatment and implant consultations, communicating with patients, and working closely with me, our office manager, and our clinical team.
I’m looking for someone who is warm, confident, polished, organized, proactive, and naturally great with people. Someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, stays calm when things get busy, and brings positive energy to the team.
