Are you a skilled Fitter who can read blueprints, work with precision, and take pride in building quality products? If you enjoy hands-on fabrication work and want to join a team that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
• Measure, layout, fit, and assemble metal components to precise tolerances.
• Perform light MIG welding to secure and assemble custom fabrication projects.
• Use tape measures and precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
• Work closely with welders and fabricators to complete custom-built assemblies.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment while following all safety guidelines.

✅ Previous experience as a Fitter, Structural Fitter, Fabricator, or Welder/Fitter

✅ Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings

✅ Strong measuring and layout skills

✅ Experience performing light MIG welding

✅ Excellent attention to detail and quality

✅ Reliable attendance and transportation

✅ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or machine shop environment
• Knowledge of metalworking and fabrication processes
• Welding certifications or blueprint-reading certifications are a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
