Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse- Emergency Room

Schedule- Mid Shift 12 Hour, 12 hour in day, 36hr in a week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its fast-paced Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support positive patient outcomes in an acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans
Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care needs
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Delegate and coordinate nursing resources appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Required Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer applications
