Registered Nurse CVOR | Ocala, Florida

Schedule/Hours:

• 6:00AM - 4:30PM
• Contract position

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Experience in a CVOR setting required
• Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular surgical protocols and best practices
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with surgical and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in a CVOR environment before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor and document patient status, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel to ensure seamless procedures
• Perform patient assessments, and provide education and support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
