Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $30.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and authorized access to technology-focused facilities, documenting and reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, technology spaces, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare accurate reports, maintain required logs, and support compliance with site-specific security-related procedures. Minimum Requirements Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess supervisory experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
