Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor & Audit Manager – Florida (Fully Remote)

Hiring: Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor & Audit Manager – Florida (Fully Remote) I'm partnering with a well-established public accounting firm that is continuing to grow its audit practice. They are expanding their CIRA, HOA, condo, and real estate portfolio and are looking for experienced audit professionals with direct association experience. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates anywhere in the state of Florida. They are actively hiring for:

• Audit Senior
• Audit Supervisor
• Audit Manager

What the roles look like:

• Plan, perform, and/or review audit engagements for HOA, condo associations, CIRA/community associations, and related real estate entities
• Lead and support fieldwork, testing, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with GAAP and auditing standards
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the audit process and serve as a year-round resource
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify accounting and audit issues and provide clear recommendations
• Supervise, train, and develop junior team members
• Work closely with leadership on workflow, technical issues, and process improvements

What they're looking for:

• 3–6+ years of public accounting audit experience for Senior/Supervisor level
• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience for Manager level
• Direct CIRA, HOA, condo association, or community association audit experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
• CPA preferred or actively in progress
• Experience working on audit engagements and reviewing workpapers
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
