Position Overview
There is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! Quirk has opportunities for automotive salespeople who are inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. If you have automotive sales experience we want to hear from you. Come join a team with a focus on relationships with our customers and our staff as well as the surrounding communities.
Key Required Proficiencies:
- Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
- Build a personal customer base that generates repeat and referral business
- Identify each customer's needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements
- Ability to recover quickly from setbacks
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Clean driving record
- Prior experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn must have a flexible schedule and be available to work days nights, and/or weekends
Benefits offered:
- Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
- Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year
