Audits and maintains all departmental control procedures. Controls costs by adhering to standards of operations for forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, payroll control and other expense management systems. Oversee the selection, training, discipline and termination of Food & Beverage employees in accordance with hotel policies What we’re looking for: 4-6 years’ related experience 3+ years management experience Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment Food & Beverage #J-18808-Ljbffr North Point Hospitality Group
