Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on low-acuity clients, including individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and stress management. By setting your own demographic preferences, you will tailor your practice to resonate with your expertise. All clients are screened to ensure suitability for remote sessions, providing you with a supportive client base where you can have meaningful impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , reflective of your experience and expertise. In addition, you will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Benefits include:
