Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a top California law firm with multiple offices in the search for a Recruiting and Development Coordinator for their office in Century City. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of attorney recruiting, including summer program experience, from a mid‑size to large law firm. This is a hybrid position that offers one remote day per week once trained. Bachelor’s Degree required. Responsibilities Post openings and source associate and law student candidates. Build positive relationships with external attorney recruiters and different law schools. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews. Assist with planning and execution of summer associate program. Track applicants through firm’s applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience from a mid‑size to large law firm. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal law firm software. Ability to interact and collaborate with attorneys and other firm personnel. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Must be able to physically work in office in Century City 4 days per week once trained. The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 DOE.
