Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Application Deadline: 17 May 2026 Department: BT/RBT Employment Type: Full Time Location: Pearland Center Reporting To: Lissette Billingsley Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour Description Location: Pearland Center 8540 Broadway Street, Pearland, TX 77584 Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
