Senior Counsel - Marketing & Brand Compliance
The Hershey Company
The Hershey Company is seeking a senior in-house legal professional to advise marketing and brand teams on the full lifecycle of campaigns, from concept through execution. You will draft and negotiate a range of marketing-related agreements and partner with cross-functional teams on IP, privacy, and regulatory matters.
The role emphasizes proactive guidance, training, and leadership within the Legal function to balance business goals with risk management.
