Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability. Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration process. Maintain required certifications. Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines. Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals. Accurately audit team deals Post‑Sale. Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualifications College Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen. Annual Compensation Range: $50,000 - $250,000.
