Candidates seeking a fixed shift will be immediately rejected.\n Regional Candidate Preference: The Hiring Director explicitly prefers local or regional Midwest candidates who live within driving distance of southwest Minnesota.\n Licensure Alert: Active Minnesota (MN) RN License is strongly preferred at the time of submittal.\n Mandatory Orientation Block: Candidate must commit to weekday orientation the week of 11/03/2026 and weeknight orientation the week of 11/09/2026 before entering their regular weekend rotation.\n \n Contract Details\n \n Location: Near Luverne, MN\n Start Date: 11/03/2026\n Length: 13 Weeks\n Shift: 3x12s (Friday – Sunday), Rotating Days & Nights\n Charting System: EPIC\n \n Unit & Clinical Scope\n \n Ratios: 1:4\n Floating Scope: Seamless floating between the Emergency Room and the Med/Surg floor depending on unit census and patient acuity.\n Required Clinical Skills: Proven competency in Med/Surg care, Telemetry monitoring, respiratory management (High-Flow O2, CPAP, BiPAP), and acute ER interventions.\n \n Requirements & Certifications\n \n Experience: Dual ER and Med/Surg experience + documented EPIC proficiency.\n Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) RN License.\n Required Certifications:\n \n AHA BLS\n AHA ACLS\n TNCC\n \n \n About Prime Time Healthcare Nursing\n \n Prime Time Healthcare is a leading provider of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.
