What a shift can look like

You’ll arrive prepared, check the event plan, and team up with the culinary and event leads. Together, you’ll set the room, greet guests, guide service, keep the floor spotless, and close the night with a thorough breakdown—leaving the venue as pristine as you found it.

What you’ll handle

• Complete event set-up and tear-down: tables, chairs, and serving stations arranged to spec.
• Serve food and beverages with warmth, polish, and professionalism.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill requests quickly and courteously.
• Partner closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to deliver seamless service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
