Ideal Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required
• Previous experience working in a school is a plus, but not mandatory
• Background in supporting young children with behavioral or developmental needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and specialists
• Compassionate, adaptable, and patient approach to intervention and daily routines
• Ability to assist with behavior management plans and provide one-on-one support

Role Responsibilities:

• Support three young students in achieving behavioral and academic goals
• Utilize ABA strategies to implement individualized plans
• Track and document student progress, reporting updates to lead staff
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt lessons and activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with transitions throughout the school day, ensuring smooth routines
