You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.Documents patient care provided. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordAssists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
