Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)
Location: White Salmon & Stevenson, WA
Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Outpatient FQHC
What Your Week Looks LikeWork-Life Balance: 32 hours of direct patient care + 8 hours of administrative time (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM).
Manageable Pace: 16 scheduled appointments per day using Epic EMR.
Clinic Split: Enjoy working across two close-knit locations (2 days/week in White Salmon, 2 days/week in Stevenson).
Zero On-Call: Dedicated time off with optional paid weekend shifts.
Credentials: MD/DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine (or relevant specialty).
Licensure: Active (or eligible) Washington State Medical License & DEA registration.
Experience: 1-2 years in outpatient primary care or FQHC settings preferred. New grads welcome -we offer a structured, gradual ramp-up period!
Bonus Points: Spanish bilingual skills, Epic EMR experience, or a background in prenatal care.
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (with a 2-year commitment).
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement based on distance.
Incentive Programs: RVU-based productivity bonuses averaging $20,000-$80,000 annually.
Bilingual Differential: Additional pay for fluent Spanish-speaking providers following a language assessment.
Time Off: 200 hours PTO + 6 paid holidays.
Continuing Education: 40 paid CME hours + $2,500 annual allowance.
Retirement & Health: 401(k) with 4% employer match + comprehensive health, dental, and vision.
Student Loans: Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment programs.
