Product Compliance SpecialistDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Product Compliance Specialist for Polaris in Roseau, MN. In this role, you'll support the Compliance & Standards Excellence team by maintaining product certifications, tracking global regulatory requirements, and partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance across snowmobile products. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Product Compliance Specialist:Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and product certifications, including EPA, Transport Canada, EU type approval, and other international certificationsSupport engineering and product development teams to ensure compliance-by-design for new productsCoordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to achieve product compliance goalsConduct Product Development Process (PDP) and Part Release System (PRS) compliance reviewsInterface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification organizations as neededMaintain compliance systems, processes, reports, and certification documentationTrack regulatory changes, monitor warranty claims, and support implementation of new compliance requirementsWhat You Need to Bring to the Product Compliance Specialist Role:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldAutomotive compliance, vehicle certification, or product compliance experience preferredProject management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong research, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to adapt quickly, learn new regulations, and follow direction effectivelyAbility to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)Preferred Qualifications:Powersports compliance or vehicle certification experiencePMP certificationKnowledge of snowmobile, ATV, UTV, or other vehicle systemsPassion for the powersports industryWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
