Interior Designer

This challenging and fast‑paced position requires a personable candidate with experience designing interiors for educational, healthcare, or large‑scale corporate facilities, with a focus on K‑12 educational projects. Responsibilities Lead all project phases from initial development to completion. Create design concepts and develop them through all design phases. Be responsible for interior finish material selection, specification, and production of finish material boards. Utilize space planning, knowledge of codes, and understanding of mechanical systems. Produce construction documentation, provide construction administration, and review submittals. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture (CIDA accredited). Demonstrated knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to clients. Proficient in Revit + Enscape or SketchUp + Lumion, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, Office 365. Preferred NCIDQ Interior Designer, registered in the state of your office. Experience in educational, sports, healthcare, and corporate design. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong customer‑service orientation. Salary & Benefits The base salary for California locations ranges from $59,977.00 to $89,966.00. Compensation may also include discretionary bonus potential and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
