The Lead Analyst will develop insights leveraging online reporting to drive sales, traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), inventory, cancels, returns, delivery service level agreements (SLAs) and other digital metrics. This role will also network with other key stakeholders in partnering teams to drive tangible results and outcomes in category, financial and customer performance impacts on Lowes.com and app platforms. The Lead Analyst will utilize insight reports to persuade and support plan of action. Here you have the freedom to team up and collaborate, explore your every curiosity, and help us shape the future of retail.What You Will DoLead and prioritize the development of compelling insights with key stakeholders using reporting tools to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the online business across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory, cancels, returns, delivery SLAs and other digital metrics.Drive engagement and partnership with the digital category organization to lead the development of insights and recommendations that can drive positive category performance and outcomes. Propose new solutions, manage complex requests and prioritize feedback from the teams.Network with other key stakeholders in partnering teams to drive tangible results and outcomes in category, financial and customer performance impacts on Lowes.com and app platforms. Utilize insight reports to persuade and support plan of action.Identify root cause of changes in metrics, advise and collaborate with necessary teams on actions needed, and track issue resolution.Develop tracking mechanisms for actions taken by the partner teams and monitor their category, financial and customer performance against online business objectives.
