Teller, Part-Time Affinity Federal Credit Union – Piscataway, New Jersey, United States About this position In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking a Part‑Time Relationship Specialist to join our team of professionals at our branch location in Piscataway , NJ. Responsibilities Build member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach, helping members exceed their financial goals and dreams. Open new accounts, enroll new members during initial consultation, and process applications. Resolve complex member issues and follow up with members to ensure satisfaction with current products and services and to inquire about future needs. Qualifications Technologically savvy, especially with self‑service options; stay abreast of evolving consumer needs and trends. Adaptable to new or non‑traditional environments and committed to community engagement and corporate objectives. Prior customer service or sales experience is essential; banking experience helpful. Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce, is desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish‑speaking helpful; Saturday hours required. Compensation Starting pay range: $21–$23 per hour. The wage will depend on experience, education, and other qualifying factors. Benefits Competitive pay and target incentives.
