Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-wide capital planning within the Corporate FP&A team. This role is responsible for driving the prioritization, approval, and financial management of capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and realization of expected financial returns.The role will oversee the full capital lifecycle, including business case development, investment prioritization and approval through the Capital Investment Committee (CIC), depreciation forecasting, and post-investment performance analysis.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in capital planning, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex business initiatives into clear, actionable investment cases, while partnering effectively across functions.Location & Work Availability:This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be:Capital Approval Process:Lead partners through the full business case process, ensuring rigorous financial and business analysis, clear articulation of benefits, and alignment with strategic prioritiesReview and challenge pro-form business cases for completeness, investment assumptions, financial accuracy, and alignment with capital allocation criteriaPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations for the Capital Investment Committee (CIC), supporting decision-making and prioritization discussionsMaintain governance over capital approval records, documentation, investment tracking, and system entries in Oracle or other capital tracking systemsCoordinate project setup documentation in Oracle and ensure accurate submission to accountingCapital Forecasting & Reporting:Drive post-investment performance tracking to assess realized returns verses plan and inform future capital allocation decisionsTrack actual capital spend variances versus forecasts, partner with business teams to validate forecast updates and driversMaintain key project details such as capital type, depreciation timing, ownership, and financial metrics (Revenue, OI, NPV, IRR%)Collaborate with Power BI and analytics team to ensure data consistency between dashboard, forecasts, and source systemsManage depreciation forecasting including capital schedules, timing, and financial impactsQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
