• Open and prepare the office each morning
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Assist tenants by answering questions and providing information
• Distribute and collect rental applications
• Make copies and maintain applicant and tenant paperwork
• Perform general front office and administrative duties
• Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office records
• Support daily operations of the property management office

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use office equipment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous office experience is helpful but not required
