The Role:
We are looking for an energetic Risk Monitoring Analyst to join Windcave’s Acquiring team in New York City, NY 10022. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on variety and new challenges.
We currently follow a hybrid working policy with two work-from-home days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring transactions in real time
- Analysing high-risk transactions and escalation
- Reviewing approvals for high-risk transaction types, such as over-the-phone, manual, and high-volume settlements
- Reviewing and releasing settlements
- Identifying risk patterns and putting mitigation strategies in place
About you:
- Quick learner and passion for cards and payments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or relevant discipline
- 2-3 years of proven experience in banking credit/merchant services or relevant role
- Excellent attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills and technically savvy
Remuneration:
- $70,000 USD per annum + Benefits
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment and must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment. Windcave is unable to provide visa sponsorship or support for employment-based visa applications for this position.
