What You'll Do

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional cleaning services at client locations while maintaining Valtrust's standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine and detailed cleaning services at residential and/or commercial client locations

• Clean and sanitize areas such as floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas and other designated spaces

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash as needed

• Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and company quality standards

• Properly use and care for company provided cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies

• Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working in clients' homes and businesses

• Protect clients' property and maintain appropriate confidentiality and professionalism while on-site

• Communicate professionally with clients and report any questions, concerns, damages, or unusual conditions to management

• Complete assigned services within established timeframes while maintaining a high standard of quality

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while representing Valtrust

• Follow all company safety, attendance, conduct, and customer service policies

• Complete other cleaning related duties as assigned

• Be comfortable working independently and as a part of a team

• Be willing to learn and follow company procedures

• Communicate professionally with clients and management

• Be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company

• Have a valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record 

• Be comfortable driving a company vehicle when required 

• Bilingual preferred, but not required

Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. 

Additional Hiring Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• All selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check
